Rights and Duties of the Company

The Company shall as and when required at its option and sole discretion amend the Rules, Regulations, Policies  Procedures and Terms Conditions of the company product services and Shall notify any amendments, alterations, deletions or additions by updating on its website.
The Company has not authorized any User of the Company to receive any amount (monies) either in cash or by cheque/demand draft or in any manner whatsoever on Behalf of the Company towards purchase of Company products.

The Company always reserves the right to ask kyc documents from user. If not provide kyc document by user in that cash hold and cancel the USER order by company.

The Company shall be at liberty to terminate this Agreement.

SATEJ GLOBAL SCIENCE shall not be responsible for delays and failures in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as strikes, labor difficulties, riots, war, fire, death, curtailment or interruption of a source of supply, government decrees or any other force majeure events.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. All disputes related to the subject matter dealt with herein shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the city of Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.

Delivery / Shipping Policy:
The company will dispatch the ordered product within 3 working days from the date of receipt of confirm order through courier to be delivered to the customer within 15 to 20 working days.
