Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can inform to company for any change in your placed order same day during office hours.

Replacement Policy
Merchant will review the damaged product on the same day from the date of receipt of damaged product and will dispatch the replacement product after reviewing the damaged product. Company will dispatch your new product next 7 to 10 working days.

Return & Refund Policy
Costumer can return the order within 48 hours of receipt of the product for a full refund of the paid price except courier charges. Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. The policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, accompanied with an original invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged, mishandled or misused. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Please note, pick- up cannot be arranged by company, Costumer can return the item through courier service and courier charges will be borne by Costumer only.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one amount will be refunded via same source within 5 to 7 working days.

If customer finds damaged products while receiving the courier, do not accept it and return the same and make remark on the courier slip.
