This User Terms & Conditions (hereinafter, referred to as “Agreement”) govern the relationship between SATEJ GLOBAL SCIENCE (hereinafter, referred to as the “Company”) and the USER , who USE to the Company’s products or service, (hereinafter, also referred to and known as “User”)

User (s): Any person or legal entity who expresses their desire to use of the Company product by online or offline purchase.
User Policies: Policies, rules and regulations, other than this Agreement governing the Company-User relationship.

The entire User (s) is advised to go through the Website, brochures and notices issued by the company before purchase product or service.

Eligibility for User:
The User should have completed minimum 18 years of age and shall not be otherwise disqualified by process of law to enter into a valid Agreement and purchase product.
The User must personally and completely read the Terms Conditions, Refund and cancellation policy, policy and procedure to signify his/her acceptance of all the terms of the rules and regulations of the Company.

Important instruction for User:
1. When purchasing and using the Company’s products, acting in his/her own name, at his/her own responsibility and the Company shall not be liable for the same.
2. The User shall be required to follow and comply with the requirements of Indian Law to become a user of the Company. As per their individual status.
3. An User shall not use Company name, logo, slogan, trademarks, and trade names to design and circulate literature (print or electronic) without the written consent of the Company.
4. The User shall not believe any oral or written, medical, therapeutic or curative claims about the Company products and/or use the name of the Health Department or any other Authority or any famous personalities, when using the Company products.
5. The Company products are natural have no therapeutic values and/or claims. So The User shall not
make any adverse remarks, statements against the Company and Company products or
reputation. If at all it is found by the Company that the user has made any adverse remarks against the Company, the Company shall have the right to initiate legal proceedings, so also shall have right to demand compensation for the same.

Payment Mode:
All payment must be made by a Cheque / DD / NEFT / RTGS or any other bank transaction in favor of SATEJ GLOBAL SCIENCE Payable at Ahmedabad, Gujarat bank or at our office.

DECLARATION BY USERS
– I confirm that I have completed 18 yrs of my age and legally competent to accept this Agreement as per the relevant laws in India.
– I shall not make any product claims on my own and would share the information from the official publications by the Company.
– I fully understand that I have full independence to decide to consume products and/or introduce the products to other people to do the same.
– I confirm that the information set forth is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief and I have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms and conditions in my vernacular language through myself/my lawyer as mentioned in this document and those prevalent/updated on the Company’s Website.

– I also confirm and agree to abide by such terms and conditions modified or amended by the said Company from time to time.
– I accept the right of the Company to reject MY PRODUCT ORDER at its absolute sole discretion, without specifying any reasons thereof.

I have read and understood all the above terms and conditions and agree for the same.
